We particularly selected Servcorp because of their professional services offered. The level of service promised was not only maintained but often exceeded our expectations. Our requests for service ranged from the smallest to arranging large meetings and receptions which, were attended to immediately and with nothing but the highest level of professionalism.

I do not know how you do it but your service is seamless. Even if specific staff happened to not be around on a specific day, the rest of the team doubled up and got things done just as effectively. This was also shown when your staff facilitated our work with Servcorp Bangkok. In October 2004, there was an international convention on wild fauna and flora in Bangkok and we needed to help one of our partners, the Asian Conservation Alliance, do a few things but we had great difficulty in getting local English speaking contacts who could get things done quickly. We enlisted the services of Servcorp Bangkok and they managed to liaise with local Thai contacts and get our work completed in time for the convention. This was of great help!

Servcorp was really excellent and pro-active, we decided to go with them, although not the cheapest, they displayed exceptional customer service.

I was more than impressed with the time that it took to establish a virtual office. It was simple and easy compared to everyone else. I was operational nearly immediately. Service is great.
